Washington State Real Estate License Requirements

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete a 60-hour course in Real Estate Fundamentals and a 30-hour course in Real Estate Practices
  • Pass the WA State licensing exam
  • Submit fingerprints for the state's criminal background check
