Rod Moore is Washington Management Company's Designated Broker and Vice President who has successfully helped hundreds of clients by guiding and closing real estate deals since 1999. He has created a large list of satisfied clients and raving fans, many of which he also calls friends.
He always has been involved in the business of creating “home”. After graduating college with a BA in Business and Psychology, Rod worked in retail home furnishings and design, and as a mortgage
loan officer. As a real estate broker, he has specialized in new construction, REO (bank-owned) homes, relocation clients, and since 2022 has completed the entire housing puzzle by adding property management into his realm of experience.
His wisdom and knowledge of every aspect of investing, buying, selling, renting AND managing a home enables him to offer premier service every step of the way. From beautifully staging and marketing homes, discerning and negotiating contracts, to ensuring clients are getting the best deal on financing their home while making the process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Ethical and unwaveringly fair, Rod is known for his vast knowledge of local markets, ability to analyze pricing trends, and skillful negotiating on his clients’ behalf. “I view myself as an educator
who uses discernment and logic to best represent my clients,” he says.
Rod grew up in the Southeast, a lifelong University of Alabama fan (Roll Tide!), and has lived in Washington since 1993 and Woodinville since 2014. He has been joyfully married since 1991and a recent empty-nester with 3 fantastic adult children.
He has lived in the Philippines and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe, which he credits with his deep regard for different philosophies, cultures, personalities, beliefs, and perspectives. Rod loves sports, music and playing "name that tune", hiking, travelling, and hanging out with friends and family. You will also find him analyzing real estate and investment data just for fun, and as any person who lives and works in Woodinville, he is an oenophile.
