Mike Cohen
Mike Cohen is the President of Washington Management Company, a family-owned business that has been a trusted name in the industry for many years. Mike’s journey with the company began in his youth, working alongside his father, Orville Cohen, the founder of Washington Management, at Century Construction. After spending his teens and 20’s learning the ropes of the construction, Mike took a detour for about 12 years to run his own equipment rental business.
In 1999, Mike returned to join his father at Washington Management Company, where his background in both construction and the rental equipment industry provided a strong foundation for his role. He worked alongside his father until Orville's passing in 2017, after which Mike stepped into the role of President, determined to continue the company’s legacy and success in honor of his father's vision.
Mike believes that the heart of Washington Management’s success lies in its dedicated employees, who provide the exceptional service that clients and customers expect and deserve. He is a true believer that employees are the pillars and foundation of the company’s success. As a small, family-owned business, Mike is passionate about supporting local small businesses and continues to guide the company with the same values that have made it successful over the years.
